17' x 55' structural
steel frame and concrete spread footings supporting composite concrete deck. Deck consists of 3¼"
thick concrete topping over 2¼" solid precast concrete "Filigree" plank. Tendons are installed in
grooved plank and post-tensioned. Plan area is 35,000 S.F. and total area is 320,000 S.F. Elevator
and stair towers were built prior to main structure and used for access. One half of the building site,
below the ground floor, is designed for storm water retention.
